Description:  Worked with the Mason Port Authority (MPA) to develop a capital lease structure to support P&G’s 500,000 SF expansion project, which added more than 1,100 employees for a total site employment of more than 3,650 persons. This center, estimated at a cost of $400 million, will include laboratories, pilot plants, and space to conduct focus groups. Opening in 2019, this is the largest facility of its type in the world.  

Role:  Gibraltar supported the Mason Port Authority in the development of a capital lease structure financing, and reviewed and processed all construction draws from the bond fund over the four-year construction schedule.
